Return Process

  2. Shipping the Item: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Canada-Specific Policy

For customers in Canada:

We offer free returns on all eligible items. Simply follow the return process above, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

International Policy (Outside Canada)

For customers outside Canada:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over 200.
  • Refunds for international orders may take longer to process, typically within 10-14 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photos of the issue. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
